Shipping policy
We are a small team and can't work as fast as Amazon but we promise we are worth the wait. Below is our processing times.
Processing Time:
Regular order: 3-5 Business days. (Excludes weekends)
Engraving: 7 business days (Excludes weekends)
This time depends on what you have ordered as some items can take longer to make. If you ordered during a SALE it may take longer than specified above. If you ordered a Pre-order item any other items ordered will ship at the same time. Once shipped most domestic orders in the US take anywhere from 1 to 5 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. I ask that you be patient with us and always be nice to your postman/woman. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 3 weeks, sometimes even a month or two depending on your country which we cannot control.
Lost/Stolen Mail
Make sure your packages have a safe spot to be delivered or get them delivered to a different address.
We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen Mail. Once it is dropped off at the post office it is in their hands. If your package is lost please contact your post man or local post office with the issue along with your tracking number and FILE a claim. We will do our best to help you figure out the problem after you have reached out to us about the issue. If the tracking number indicates your package has been delivered, we cannot be held responsible for a package that is claimed to have never been delivered and we have done our part in fulfilling your order.
My package was marked "Delivered" but its not there.
If the package is marked delivered but it is not there please allow a few days as sometimes the post office marks it wrong and 99% of the time it shows up. We hear of this happening all the time by accident and our own postman has told us it's because they scan them so fast. If it never shows up you should continue with contacting with the post office for further instructions.
Make sure your shipping address is correct.
Before checking out please double check your shipping address. If for some reason your order goes thru contact us immediately for an address change. We are not responsible for items not delivered due to an incorrect mailing address. If your package is undeliverable and returned to us we will NOT send you a new package. You will have to wait for the original package to be returned to us and then we may resend it to your correct address. You will also have to pay a reshipping fee as this is at the purchasers fault. If it gets lost because of a wrong address entered I will not be responsible.
