Refund policy
We do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds unless approved. Sale items are also FINAL sale.
If a return is approved you will be sent a return label. When your items are received you will be refunded the purchase cost minus all shipping fees that were covered by Jularie. If your return does not arrive to us we cannot process your refund.
Engravable items are made the way you order them. We are not responsible if you input wrong information or do not read listing information. These items are also final sale.
Once your package is received you have 10 days to contact us if there is a defect or a mistake on our part. Unfortunately, once 10 days have passed we cannot guarantee anything.
If there is a problem with your order.
To start, you can contact us at shopjularie@gmail.com to see if there is something we can do for you. If your exchange is accepted you will be responsible for return shipping unless it is a mistake on our end we will cover the cost. Items sent back to us without first sending a request will not be accepted. Once we get your items back we will process what both parties have agreed on. Please note normal processing times will be applicable.

To cancel your order.
If you need to cancel your order for any reason and it has not been processed we suggest emailing us and sending a DM thru instagram ASAP. However, we cannot guarantee we will see it in time. If this is the case you will need to send it back so we can cancel and refund.

Please note that things happen as we package lots of orders at a time. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if your missing an item, the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
